Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@piglokids.com with your order number and the products you want to return. 

If your return is accepted, we'll proceed with the return and we'll provide you a shipping label to ship the items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must return the items in the same box received.

We offer free returns, but please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
We will provide a return shipping label.
Please make sure the box is well sealed and protected to prevent any damage during transit. Piglo Kids is not responsible for any items damaged during return shipping that is not managed directly by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include:

-Sale items

-Items 30 days past the delivery date

-Gift cards

-Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged

-Items that do not include their attached original tag

-Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging

-Personalized, monogrammed or customized items

-Swimwear that has been used or worn or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tag

Exchanges
Yes, we do offer exchanges! To proceed, please email us so we can initiate your return and send you a return label. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
