How can I track my order?

You will be emailed an order confirmation with tracking once your order is processed.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns in a new, unworn, and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 30 working days of receipt. Please review our return policy for more information.

Can I edit my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched, you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a refund.

Can I exchange my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to edit your order. If you would like to add items to your order, you will need to place a second order.

My discount code is not working.

Our WELCOMEPIGLO discount is only applicable to first time purchasers.
Please note that only one code can be applied to check out, you cannot stack multiple discount codes.
